(c) 1991 Fun House FHCF-1180

During a 1991 visit to the US, Hino gathered a supergroup of his brother, Dave Liebman, Mike Stern, Marc Muller, Karen Mantler and Steve Swallow at Swallow's and Carla Bley's preferred Grogg Kill studio in Willow, New York and created this smart fusion program that balances four Jagger-Richards classics and four of the drummer's own originals around the fulcrum of the Monk/Hawkins gem "I Mean You". Too intelligent and subtly arranged for the dreaded fusion label, with some of Stern's best recorded moments.
