Overall a good album. It is a sax album though but on some occassions it features Mike Stern more then well. It has two Stern compositions in Words, great composition with a great sax solo, and The Search, my favourite track, a great sax solo. The album starts off with Friday Night At The Cadillac Club. Great swinging song with some great hammond organ stuff. It moves on to Snakes which is a jazzy piece and it has an uptempo solo by Mike. Kalimba is nice piece featuring David Sanborn on alto sax. Maya a great sax piece and then finally some Mike Stern at his best in That's The Ticket. Then a boring piece called Junior.
If you're only looking for Mike Stern then I would not recommend this album, but if you like Bob Berg, well then you have the album probably by now.
